This was a good week. After traveling to see family in Missouri and Wisconsin, I celebrated my third wedding anniversary on Wednesday with a giant bouquet of flowers and a luxurious spa day from my husband. Even from thousands of miles away, he still knows how to take care of - ahem, spoil - me.
Meanwhile, here are a few things I've been chewing on lately:
This article has revolutionized my morning routine, making for a more efficient workday.
I'm working on a feature about Paleo f(X) for Paleo Magazine - this blog post on Robb Wolf's site had some great points about the direction of the movement.
My favorite clothing line - handmade in Colorado and at a women's co-op in Honduras - just released their spring line, with summer dresses right around the corner. I'll take one of everything, please.
A 12-minute video about how cattle are restoring grasslands. Three cheers for beef!
My parents' garden is bursting at the seams with lettuce, spinach, chard, arugula, kale, and every kind of herb imaginable. To deal with all of the greens, we're making these flawless kale chips on repeat.
Although I've been out of the gym a lot lately - hello, trips to three states in as many weeks - I'm still working hard to reach my goal of doing strict pull-ups by my 25th birthday. These six tips for chin-ups has me feeling strong and confident at the bar in preparation of crushing my goal.
