Happy week-end, everyone! Surprise, surprise - I'm traveling again. This time, I'm taking a road trip to Madison to celebrate my cousin's graduation, with some historical and family-fun stops made along our route.
While I'm away, check out a few things I've been chewing on lately:
Molly Galbraith is a strong woman whose life mission is to make other women strong. Read her brave story about how she came to understand her worth beyond what the scale and the mirror told her, and repeat this to yourself: "I am strong. I am good enough." No matter who you are, those words are true.
Would you ever visit this kooky museum?
These people are speaking my language! Folk Rebellion is a movement aimed at reducing our dependence on technology and getting people outside again, living an "analog life." Read the post "I'm Mad As Hell..." to get a taste of what they're all about. And for heaven's sake, put down the phone.
Have you seen Jason's new blog?
According to the Cooking Channel, the food that most represents Wisconsin is bratwurst. Arkansas is catfish, Hawaii is marinated ahi poke. Sounds pretty accurate.
And in case you missed it, I wrote about what Paleo means to me.
